Enrichment Activities
Individual attention and developmentally-appropriate activities
Each child develops at his or her own rate. At the Son Rise School, teachers give personal attention to each child, helping every child learn and grow independently.
Children also learn from each other and enjoy playing with friends. Activities are designed to help each child achieve his or her highest potential academically, spiritually, and socially.
The children and teachers build gardens and tend to fresh vegetables then get to taste them! We have grown radishes, carrots, potatoes, spinach, sweet potatoes, and numerous flowers and plants.
Babies thrive on fresh air, sunshine, and taking a ride with friends. Creative activities help develop their motor skills, eye-hand coordination, and awareness of color and texture.
Interaction with friends and teachers help children learn vocabulary, develop social skills, and learn morals and ethics.
Independent activities help children develop self-confidence.
